Approver
The project leader is the decision maker in the project. While typically only one project leader is identified per project, there could be situations where more than one leader is identified for a project.
Evaluator
Evaluators are users who provide their inputs in any group evaluations. There could be any number of evaluators.
Contributor
All users who need to be part of the project but are not required to do evaluations are contributors. These could typically be senior management or other team members who need not participate in day to day project activities.
Guest
All users who need to be added to the project but given only view access. Typically collaborators from external networks etc.
